Calls your agents make through the API and the MCP server, which share one daily allowance. Using the web app (searching, reading, setting up alerts) is never counted.
No, never. Your plan is the price. There are no overage charges and nothing is metered on top.
The API returns a clear error saying which limit you hit and when you can start again. The monthly allowance resets on the 1st. The daily limit is there so one runaway day cannot spend the whole month, and it is back 24 hours after your first call of that day. Nothing is deleted and your alerts keep running. If you are hitting it regularly, move up a plan from your billing page, or talk to us about Enterprise.
Yes, as a guard against a runaway agent rather than a way to sell you a bigger plan: 60 calls a minute on Startup, 120 on Business, 300 on Enterprise. Normal agent fan-out never reaches it.
