…previous shopping, we're offering you this thing. I think that that's helpful. But in terms of getting any more detail than that, I mean, as somebody who works in technology, I'm interested, but I think the typical consumer may not be because they know it's the price they're paying for convenience.

Lija Hogan

…know, is that the same globally? Because I, you know, get the sense that people in Europe may have a different perspective on that. And I mean, to a certain extent, that's reflected in GDPR, right? Like there's much more control that people can exert over their data privacy there than here. Yeah.

Meg Roebling

That's true. I think that it isn't part of our culture right now. It should be. I think that, yeah, people just want their convenience, which is why they're all, that's why they're all take, you know, starting to use Muse. And that's, I wouldn't be surprised if that became like the dominant way that people start interacting with the internet. But those agents are coming back with the screenshots from the demos that I've seen. They're like, we're booking this thing for you. And they're showing screenshots of the booking experience. So maybe we're going to have to start like designing for agents now. I mean, I think we definitely are going to have to start designing for agents now. Yes. Not maybe, definitely.

Lija Hogan

Yeah. That's, that's a really great point. And it, you know, also just brings to mind the challenge that we have around how do we make sure that humans are still a part of that development process as we're thinking about like, well, what would an agent want to see or need to see to be able to…

Meg Roebling

space for us as designers, as designers? Okay.

Lija Hogan

Yeah. In that product development process, how do we make sure that if AI is in the lead, and that's debatable, right? Like you can choose whether AI or human is in the lead. How do you make sure that humans still get to drive that process?
