Kantrowitz and Roy are debating AI-generated signs and food photos on small businesses. The example is a viral AI-made sign that pictured a sign standing in front of a spa. Roy's defense persuades Kantrowitz to drop his view that this kind of signage should be banned.
this? Like this is a no, I found
this on, I found, I didn't see this in real life. I would have been, I wish I would have been so lucky to see it in my life. I saw it on X.
This is beautiful. This is, again, I love this. This is so ridiculous. I love this. It's attention. What is the purpose of kind of sidewalk signage to grab your attention? And do you know what this just did? This grabbed people's attention like nothing else. This would, there'd be some creative agency that would charge you like 250K to be, and there'd be a grand Don Draper style pitch and they'd be like, listen, the ultimate sidewalk signage, a sign of a sign in a sign. And everyone would just be like, holy shit, you're amazing. Yeah. This is this stuff is beautiful.
Well, Ronjan, this was one of my strongest held AI opinions, and you've totally reversed it. So I'm on board. Keep the AI food signage coming.
Just use a newer model, everyone. That's all.
Yeah. Again, get the prompt right or do, or hit, you know, just put in the context window, make it a little bit more random. All right. Well, that's a fun way to end it, Ronjan. Good job.
